OnePlus has announced a new ESC (Exclusive Service Center) in Bangalore, with five more to follow over the coming months in New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai. This service center will allow users to get their phones serviced in no time with OnePlus promising a turnaround time of just one hour, which is an industry record in terms of service.
If you live a bit away from the ESC, you can use the company's pickup and drop service for your OnePlus product that needs repairing. These service centers are operated by B2X in India.
In addition to getting your phones repaired or serviced, the store will also allow customers to check out the products before making the purchase. OnePlus mentions that the showrooms will be strategically placed in the city, well within the reach of the average user. This is an excellent initiative by OnePlus and could finally increase the exposure for its products. With the company following an online only model since its inception, the offline presence will go a long way in appealing to the masses.
