We've put the Sony Xperia Z5 through our gruelling review process, and now it's time to see how it ranks against its peers.
The good news for Sony is it's made a phone which has landed squarely in techradar's 10 best mobiles phones in the world today - coming in at a more than respectable fifth in the rankings.
We were impressed with the improved design, excellent side mounted fingerprint sensor and the heap of processing power which doesn't suffer from the same overheating issues as its predecessors.

It's not quite hit all the high marks however, and the iPhone 6S, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge,Samsung Galaxy S6 and the surprise mover in the LG G4, all rank above it.
The LG G4 has actually jumped up our rankings after experiencing a rather healthy price drop. You can now pick it up SIM-free for under £330, which is a cracking deal.
